Booking online should be the least stressful part of a cleanout. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you fill in the form, so there are no surprises.
Step 1: you pick the dates and tell us the job
We ask what you are throwing away, not to be nosy but because it changes the answer. A garage cleanout, a roof tear-off and a concrete removal are three different weight situations, and knowing up front means we bring the right advice rather than discovering a problem on delivery day.
We also ask about the driveway. Length, surface and whether there is anything overhead. Two minutes of information here prevents the most common delivery-day problem, which is a trailer that will not fit where you pictured it.
Step 2: the $50 deposit
A deposit reserves the trailer for your dates. It is paid securely online at booking and it comes off your total.
Our cancellation terms are simple and we state them up front: cancel 24 or more hours before delivery and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel inside 24 hours and it is non-refundable, because at that point the trailer is committed and the route is planned.
Step 3: confirmation and the delivery window
You get a confirmation, and we contact you to lock in a delivery window. We are a small local operation, which means an actual person and not a portal message.
If you need a specific time because you are meeting a contractor or leaving for work, say so. We will work around it where we can.
Step 4: delivery
We tow the trailer in on its own tires, back it into position, and unhook. Nothing gets dragged across your driveway — that is the main practical advantage of a trailer over a roll-off container, and it is why we can put one on pavers.
You do not need to be home if you can tell us exactly where to put it and the spot is accessible. Plenty of customers leave a note or a cone. If the placement is at all tricky, being there for two minutes saves a phone call later.
Step 5: your rental period
Load it at your pace. The weekly rate covers seven days, with a daily rate after that up to a 28-day maximum, and a flat 28-day rate if you know from the start it is a long project.
If you need it longer than you booked, call us. Extending is straightforward and it is much better than us arriving to collect a trailer you are still filling.
Step 6: pickup and the balance
We collect on the agreed day, weigh the load, and settle the balance. Your first ton is included; beyond that there is a per-ton overage backed by the actual scale receipt, so you can see exactly what the load weighed.
That receipt matters. We are not estimating your weight and we are not guessing — you get the number the scale gave us.
What to have ready
- The address, and any gate or access code
- A clear spot for the trailer, roughly the length of a pickup plus the trailer
- Some idea of what you are loading
- Your dates, with a little flexibility if possible
- A way to reach you on delivery day
